The Nastase government is mocking the laws

The Nastase government has adopted an Emergency Ordinance (208 / 2002) which states that all enterprises which found themselves in the APAPS special administration are not being subject to the law, thus becoming enclaves left at the government’s free will. The Union for the Romanian Reconstruction - URR is considering that the growing arrogance of the Adrian Nastase government, who is violating more often and serious the law and the Constitution, cannot have a different result but the compromising of the democratical mechanisms in Romania.

The ordinance adopted by the "accelerating the privatization" motto will have as an immediate effect the suspension of all trials which had as subject the APAPS administrated enterprises. This is clearly a quite serious coup for the Constitution, which is claiming equal and supreme applicability.

The Nastase government is praising that in "The 2002 Report on the registered progresses in preparing for the European Union adherence" Romania has achieved a functional market economy and it is stating that in numerous "action plans" he is coming up with overnight, measurements regarding to the transparency in the state section administration as well as the equidistance within the privatization process. Yet, the actual measurement comes in fragrant contradiction with the export speech of the Nastase government concerning the achievement of European Union economical integration criteria.
