The Ministry of Health mixes up the hospital bed with the camp bed

The Union for the Romanian Reconstruction - URR is stating that the family physicians do not need a colonel to push them around, they need some new rules, rules that will allow them to extend their efficiency, which is hardly possible to occur while the Ministry of Health is trying to keep them out of their cabinets, in order to control them better. The Union for the Romanian Reconstruction - URR protests against the manner the Ministry of Health replaces the reforms necessary to this system by cheap press attacks, whose only result is to increase the system inefficiency.

The Minister of Health, Daniela Bartos decided to repair the chaos in the sanitary system, chaos created by her not being tough enough, by appointing Colonel George Pavelescu as State Secretary. This one claimed that he will change all the system's sanitary structures by introducing some measurements, which he also applied them within the sanitary structures of the Defence concerning the NATO adherence.

The Union for the Romanian Reconstruction - URR considers that the militarization of the sanitary system will just increase its inefficiency because its main dysfunction is due to the high level of stiffness and to the concentration of decision making in the hands of the Ministry politicians and of the bureaucrats. The sanitary system doesn't need militarization but real solutions as basing it on the concurrency principles and on responsible leadership.
