Date: 02.13.2003 PRESS RELEASEThe "godfather sponsored" Social-DemocracyThe Union for the Romanian Reconstruction - URR is stating that the manner in which the Prime Minister Adrian Nastase handled the PSD corruption by hiding it under the rug is quite cynical and it unveils a mentality owned only by a complete carpet knight dud who despises the very ones the middle of he emerged from. The PSD government members have backed so much away from the reality they were not ashamed anymore to confess that their only interest was the image they were creating for themselves and the money necessary for this.
Adrian Nastase draw the line saying that in PSD there was no such thing as corruption and that all the dignitaries who were holding the journals front page were to resign from the Shareholders General Assamblies and Directoring Comitees so that PSD would not have to suffer during the elections that were to come. Accordingly to the internal inquiry conducted by the Prime minister, the major PSD problem is not corruption, but that that some party dignitaries were late in paying their subscription.
The Union for the Romanian Reconstruction - URR is demanding the first minister to publicly announce the situation of the Minister of Justice Rodica Stanoiu's subscription, minister that had sold her house to a state owned company for 10 times the real price.
Are those 90.000 $ Mrs. Stanoiu took from the tax payers pockets and made them magically appear in her own pockets sufficient for paying the ministerial "subscription"?
Are the hundreds of dollars the Ministry of Culture is spending out of the public money on onerous works of art enough for paying the "subscription" towards the party for one year?
Is there the paying of the party "subscription" the reason for which Mr. Iacubov had sold RAFO Onesti?
