The Governmental Theft, the Only Successful PSD Institution

The Union for the Reconstruction of Romania - URR is demanding the Adrian Nastase government the resignation of the minister of Waters and Environment Protection (MAPM), Petru Lificiu who is clearly embezzling the ministry's funds. Although with debts in the industry's privatization, PSD proves itself champion when it comes to "privatization" of the public money, which is our money.

This case of ministerial theft, the last one of a long series proves how well organized is the corruption network in PSD. The society towards which the minister of Waters and Environment Protection sent more than 700,000 $ is controlled by the Romanian ambassador in Moscow, former PSD minister of the same ministry. The fact that within the leadership of the society that is systematically winning the ministry's' auctions are 2 MAPM directors is obviously representing a clear conflict of interests which can not have any other motivation but corruption.

The Union for the Reconstruction of Romania - URR is thinking that the phenomenon of corruption within PSD has reached its pick. Just as the minister of Justice is selling a house to a national company for 10 times the market value thus sucking up 90,000 $ out of our money, just as the minister of Culture buys art masterpieces at higher prices, well, the minister of Environment has, as any other PSD minister who respects himself his own ministerial getting rich scheme. We understand now why among the belongings declared by Petru Lififiu are 9 apartments and villas, 3 cars and accounts more than 10,000 Euro, but no society that can legally produce this fortune: because Petru Lificiu, just as a true PSD dignitary has no need to get rich legally, which is through honest work.
