The Anti-Social PSD Programs

The Union for the Reconstruction of Romania - URR is thinking that the PSD politics of subventioning the construction of housing is irresponsible and unfair. Subventioning villas of 50.000 $ can not have a social character, not even of youth support, of which a small number possesses the tenths of thousands dollars needed as down payment and the heavy wages to pay the monthly installment rate.

The fact that PSD is awarding important facilities to people who are already very well positioned from the material point of view doesn't have to be interpreted as a reorientation towards the right of the governing party. The situation can be easily explained if we consider that the available resources are not enough, especially in the country, but to a small number of those that want, which produces another institutionalization of corruption that is nourishing a PSD that is only living for corruption. The most symptomatic for this program is the fact that within the Brasov district the listing opens with a PSD deputy and the chief of Police and goes on with other distinguished notable people.

The Union for the Reconstruction of Romania - URR is demanding that this governmental program should be terminated; it is nothing but an aberration that is spending with no real reason hundreds of millions of dollars. We think that the state support should go to those that are really in need, not to those that can already afford to pay a down payment equal to the price of a very good apartment. Moreover, we think that the access to such a program should be perfectly made on equal bases, not on a "list" bases. Thing absolutely important thing can not be done but by state supporting some full of advantages credits for housing construction.
