Money Back and PSD Apologizes!

The Union for the Reconstruction of Romania - URR is saluting the Constitutional Court decision of rejecting the aberrant Emergency Ordinance regarding the founding of the radio and TV tax. This is the only normal decision that can be taken in the case of an ordinance that is breaking an organic law, though in many similar cases this normal decision hasn't been taken.

We believe that not only the unconstitutionality of the emergency ordinance promoted by the government must be sanctioned, but the fraud the leaders of the Deputy Chamber were playing by adopting the ordinance though it had been voted by less than half the deputies present. It is inadmissible that the parliamentarian majority should offer such a fragrant model of breaking the law.

The Union for the Reconstruction of Romania - URR is asking the government party to assume integrally the responsibility for this illegal and immoral decision that forced the ones that are earning the economic medium wages to pay over 2% of their income for a service most of them are no longer benefiting. We demand the integral refund of the money collected for this tax up to the last leu and we demand that PSD should apologize to everyone that it had forced to wait for hours in the sun, especially to those whose aberrant caprice of the governing party endangered their health
