• From 2001, Executive Director of Agora Media s.r.l., an Romanian company continuing the publishing business of
  Computer Press AGORA, together with a new title - „eWEEK Romania”  (licence from Ziff-Davis, SUA).
• Executive Director of Computer Press AGORA s.r.l. an Romanian-German joint-venture, (publisher of IT&C magazines) between 1995-2001. Publisher of „PC Report” from 2001 rebranded „NET Report”, „BYTE Romania” (licence from McGraw-Hill, SUA) between 1995-1998, „Ginfo - Gazeta de informatica” since 1997 and „PC Magazine România” (licence from Ziff-Davis, SUA) since 1998.
  
• Founder, partner and Director of the Romanian complany HotSoft s.r.l., founded in 1992, publisher of computer magazines
  „PC Report” since 1992 and „OPEN Information Technology” between 1994-1995.
