PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Starting with January 1996, General Manager of "GfK Romania - Market Research Institute" ltd. - resulted from the take-over of "Research Team Romania" by the GfK Group. GfK Romania - Market Research Institute is a subsidiary of the German Group GfK AG based in Nuremberg, one of the top 10 market research organisations in the world with over 4,700 employees in more than 50 countries. In 2001 the turnover of GfK Romania was 1,550,000 Euro with a staff of 40 employees.
• Founder, shareholder and General Manager of "Research Team Romania" ltd. - a Romanian-American joint venture in the field of market research, 1992 - 1996.

NON-PROFIT EXPERIENCE

• Founder member and President of Union for the Reconstruction of Romania - URR political party, 2002.
• Founding member of „LIDERI România” Foundation in 2000.
• Member of ESOMAR (European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research) since 1993. The headquarter of the Society is in Amsterdam and its membership includes more than 4,000 professionals from over 100 countries worldwide.
• Member of the National Committee of AIESEC as National Coordinator of Students International Exchange in 1992.
• Founding member of AIESEC Romania (French abbrev. for The International Association of Students in Economics and Commercial Sciences) in 1990.
