• Founder member and Vice-President of Union for the Reconstruction of Romania - URR political party, 2002.
• 1997 - present: wide experience in NGO field:
  - Coordinator of International NGO Department within Department of International Relations of European Students Society (SSE), Cluj Napoca (1999 -2000)
  - Founder member of Central European Youth Forum, Budapest (1999)
  - Coordinator of Information and Counseling Center for Youth, Cluj Napoca (1999 - 2000)
  - President of Leaders Romania Foundation, Cluj branch (2000/2001)
  - Coordinator of the international program "The Challenges of Regional Stability in the Balkans" set up in partnership with the Serbian NGO "Modern Society Movement". The program was displayed under the patronage of the Regional Envoy of the Stability Pact for South Eastern countries (2002).
